Delivery & Set-up 
Delivery (Minimum order $150 + delivery charge): 


We’ll deliver everything to your event and set it up in high-quality aluminum & plastic containers. (Chafing dishes, Staff, Tables, Wet & Dry Napkins, & Plastic utensils are not included for Delivery service ONLY.)


Full Service (Service Charges Apply):


We’ll set it up, serve, and clean it up! Our staff will provide all you need for a buffet line, including paper goods, utensils & condiments. Minimum of 20 guests.


Full Service & Grill On Site (Service Charges Apply):


Full Service plus a Grill Chef who’ll prepare the BBQ meats on our custom mesquite grill. Generally requires a minimum of 30 guests.
 


On Site Catering:

INCLUDES: Professional Host/Hostess Staff, Buffet Tables, Tablecloths, Plastic Utensils, Wet-Napkins, Paper Napkins, Candle Burning Chaffing Pans and Condiments.

Fred Moss will be giving away a Double Barrel Grill, November 1, 2014 at the Riverside Resort Casino in Laughlin Nevada

CEO, founder Moss Grills, Fred Moss will be televised on Travel Channel with show host, Andrew Zimmerman on November 1. Moss Grills has teamed up with Findley Motors and Cates & Company for the Smoke on the Water Barbecue Festival in Laughlin, Nevada at Riverside Resorts. Moss Grills will be giving away a double barrel grill. Mr. Moss proud to be an American, with 24 years of honorable service. He is a Us Navy veteran.

Mr. Moss will be participating in the USA BBQ Championship, Laughlin, Nevada at the Riverside Resort on October 30 thru November 1.

FAQs for Moss Grills Catering

The following topics are based upon common guest inquiries. We hope you will find the information useful.

What is the minimum order? 


Our minimum order for delivery is $150.
 Our minimum for a full service catering is 20 people.
 Our minimum for a full service plus grill on site is 30 people. When should I place my order?
 We take orders on a first-come, first-serve basis. We 
recommend you order at least one week in advance for deliveries, and two or more weeks for a full-service catering. During the summer and in December we book up quickly, so we recommend you order as far in advance as possible.

Does Moss Grills catering include paper goods?

If you are ordering one of our catering packages, our high-quality paper goods are complimentary.

Is there any added gratuity?

We do add a 15% gratuity, before tax, to all full-service and full-service and grill on-site orders.

How long can I leave the buffet line open?

If you order a delivery, we recommend you serve the food
right away so it will still be hot and fresh. For a full-service catering,
we can have the buffet line open for only two hours. The fuel for
our chafing dishes lasts two hours, so we are able to keep the
food hot that long.

Does Moss Grills Catering require deposits?

Generally, we do request ½ of the total bill 1 week prior to catering date.  We collect “BALANCE DUE” ((CASH PAYMENT)) in full on the day of the event. We will discuss payment three (3) business days prior to your event.  And PLEASE provide your final count at that time.  We do, however, require a signed contract to secure your date.
